
I made this the other night and me oh my it is delish. As a sidenote I used Golden Roma Tomatoes so the color of the soup turned out a little strange but regardless....Mmm steamy goodness in a bowl.
- 3 cubes beef bouillion
- 2 cups water
- 1 (12 oz) can corn
- 1(16 oz) crushed tomatoes
- 1 (18 oz) can undrained lima beans
- 4 Tbs dried onions
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1/4 tsp basil
- 1 large diced carrot
- 1 small green zuchini
- 1/2 C Uncooked macaroni
Dissolve Bouillion cubes in water at medium heat. Add remaining ingredients. Cover and simmer 30 minutes.
Serves 3-5 people
