Does it matter what kind of fish? My husband does FABULOUS salmon. Doesn't taste fishy at all, it's easy, moist, and oh so tasty.
Lay a sheet of tin foil on the counter (plenty to wrap the salmon in). Put about 2 tablespoons of butter on the top, about a tablespoon of lemon juice, sprinkle with some salt/pepper if you'd like. Slice up a golden delicious apple (this is our standard, but we have used others) and lay the slices around on the salmon. Wrap everything up and either grill or cook it in the oven. 350ish for 20-30 minutes (check and see how it's cooking). When it's done, take it out and serve.
We've had plenty of people tell us they don't like salmon but they ate this like crazy.
This little blog started as a way to catalog and share recipes...from those that we were constantly calling each other to get as well as new fun & easy dinner and kid recipes. Enjoy!
