Honey Mustard Salmon

Mix together one tablespoon of each:

melted butter
brown sugar
olive oil
soy sauce
honey
mustard (I like dijon)
minced garlic (1 clove)

Marinate salmon steaks or fillets for 1/2 hour to 2 hours. Grill (best method), or broil basting with marinade several times. As always with fish, don't over cook and remove when flesh is starting to flake at the touch.

This is the recipe I have. Dana made this for me several years ago, but I still remember how GOOOOOOD it was. Yum!!
