3 tsp powder
½ tsp soda
½ tsp salt
2 T sugar - optional
1 c cold butter, cut in small cubes
1 egg
1 c vanilla yogurt
½ tsp vanilla
1 c dried craisins
2 T milk

In a large bowl, combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, sugar and salt; cut in butter until resembles coarse crumbs. Stir in egg, yogurt and vanilla until just combined. Fold in Craisins. Turn onto a floured surface; knead 6-8 times.
Lightly roll or press into 12x12 square. Brush with milk and sprinkle with sugar. Cut into triangles. Bake at 425 for 10-12 minutes or until lightly golden. Yield 36.
Serve with Devonshire Cream: Mix 8oz cool whip and powdered sugar (2-3 T) to frosting consisitency.
Food Processor Method:
In a 9-11 cup processor whiz flour, powder, soda, sugar and salt until mixed, about 5 sec. Add cold, cubed butter and blend in 2 sec intervals until resembles coarse crumbs. Add egg, yogurt and vanilla. Whiz in intervals until it all comes together, about 20-30 sec. Dump out on counter, add craisins and and knead 6-8 times. Continue recipe as indicated.
