Preheat oven to 400 degrees
Mix together in large bowl:
About 8-10 red potatoes, cut into fourths
1/3 c. oil
1 pkt ranch dressing mix (powdered)
1 pkt onion soup mix
Spread into 9x13 pan or cookie sheet. Bake uncovered at 400 degrees for 40 minutes or until soft. Enjoy!
