Baked Parmesan Fries (Kraft)

1 Egg White, lightly beaten
¼ cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
¾ tsp. Garlic Salt
1 ¼ lbs (3 medium) Yukon Gold or Russet Potatoes

Cut potatoes in to wedges. Combine 1st 3 ingredients in large bowl. Add potatoes and toss to coat potatoes. Spread onto foil-covered greased baking sheet. Bake at 425 degrees for 45-50 minutes.
