Rachel's Yummy Garlic Mashed Potatoes

6 medium Potatoes, boiled
2 cloves Garlic
1 Tbsp. Butter
½ cup Milk
½ cup Sour Cream
2 Tbsp. Grated Parmesan Cheese
2 Tbsp. Chives
1 tsp. Salt
¾ tsp. Onion Salt
½ tsp. Garlic Powder
¼ tsp. Pepper

Sauté garlic in butter. Add all ingredients together and mix and mash well. (Can use hand mixer if you want to). Transfer to greased 2 quart dish and bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes.
