Boneless Country Style Pork Ribs (however much you would like)
1 bottle Bullseye BBQ Sauce (my favorite!) or any BBQ Sauce
Put pork ribs in large pot – cover with water. Can add flavor with cut up onion, celery stalks, garlic or onion salt, or whatever you like! Boil covered for 3-4 hours (may need to add more water) until tender and breaks apart easily with fork.
Cover large cookie sheet with foil. Spread ribs out in one layer over pan. Cover each piece with BBQ sauce. Broil in oven on high – watch to make sure they don’t burn. Take them out when warmed and turn them over, adding more BBQ sauce to coat. Cook until heated through.
-or-
Put pork ribs in crock-pot. Cover with BBQ sauce and cook on low 4-6 hours.
