So I posted that Pioneer Woman blog link and then went back and read it some more. And then I saw her post about this yummy breakfast and decided I should try it. So I made one (yes, that's right-- one) and ate it all by myself while I read more recipes, and gave my kids cereal. Does that make me a bad mom?
Anyway, I've heard of these lots but never ever made them myself. Oh my goodness! Delicious!! I will be making them a lot from now on, and I'll even make some for my kids! Perfect, fast, hot breakfast before school. I think I'll make them tomorrow morning before church too (since I have eggs-- thanks D!)
Eggs in a Hole (or Egg in a Nest, as I've always heard them called)

And here's one for you, Dana:

Be sure to read the whole thing through. That Potatoes post is funny. The Basset Hound/Turtle thing made me laugh out loud.

I love the Pioneer Woman!! You definatly have to try the Apple Dumplings, they are to die for!! And everyone gets a kick out of the "secret" ingredient.
