That Pioneer Woman. She knows what she's talking about when it comes to steak. I found some frozen steaks this morning, (bought on sale for a romantic Valentines dinner...opps), and found exactly the recipe I was craving, but didn't know it, on pw's site. It took 10 minutes to prepare, which includes the time it took to get my grill pan flaming hot.
She does it step by step with pictures, so I'll leave it to her. All I can say is this is very steak-house worthy. Delicious. I'll never neglect my lemon pepper again.
