Classic Italian Pasta Salad

Everyone does this salad...'cause it's good!
Here's my version - heavy on the veg ;0)
1-1/2 boxes pasta* (tri-color fiori & rotini)
carrots
red onion
cucumber
celery
tomatoes - roma or grape
broccoli
red, yellow or orange pepper
black olives
cheese - feta, provolone or mozzarella
pepperoni
Italian dressing
(my all-time fav is the make-your-own Good Seasons All Natural Italian pkt
but I also like Bernstein's in a pinch)

Dress all ingredients, toss well and marinate in fridge 4 hours or overnight.

*This is also fantastic made with cooked cheese tortellini in place of the other pasta.
