2 eggs
1/2 oil
Mix. Bake 350 for 9-12 minutes. Enjoy.

I do the applesauce for oil switch all the time!! I think it makes things a little more sticky but it is worth it since it is healthier.

I do it with other things...muffins, quick breads, etc...but haven't tried it with this recipe. Have you?
