Hope nobody made this yet. I made it last night and I made some much due alterations. Oh baby it was so good I ate a little for breakfast this morning.

INGREDIENTS
1 (12 ounce) package linguini pasta
5 tomatoes, chopped
1 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese or chunked
(what's 1/2 of 1/3 cup? That's what I used) basil
3 cloves garlic, minced and sauteed a little in olive oil
1/2 cup olive oil
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
1 tsp regular salt
ground black pepper to taste
DIRECTIONS
Combine tomatoes, cheese, basil, garlic, olive oil, garlic salt, and black pepper in medium bowl. Set aside.
Meanwhile, cook pasta according to package directions.
Drain pasta, and transfer to a serving bowl. Toss with tomato mixture. Serve. Good served cold too.
