Oreo Ice Cream Pie (Asphalt/Bride's Pie)


Oreo Ice Cream Pie

28 oreos, crushed, divided
½ c pecans, chopped
¼ c melted butter
½ gallon mint chocolate chip ice cream
chocolate syrup
caramel syrup/topping

Mix butter, pecans and oreos together, set aside 1 cup for the top. 
Press into a 9x13 glass dish.
Spread softened ice cream over.
Top with remaining oreos mixture and additional nuts if desired.
Freeze until hardened or ready to serve.
Garnish with piped whipped cream stars & drizzle with chocolate &/or caramel.
