This is SO good.
The flesh shreds up like noodles and can be served with your favorite
spaghetti sauce over top.
Fool your hubby & kids with this healthy pasta alternative.

My squash came with baking instructions on the sticker,
but basically you split in half, remove the seeds,
dot/drizzle with butter, olive oil (or both)
and generously salt & pepper.
Roast on a sheet pan, cut side up
400 degrees for about an hour, or until tender.
Let cool slightly, then use a fork to scrape up.
