2 c margarine
1 ½ c cocoa
4 c sugar
7 eggs
2 tsp vanilla
2 ½ c flour
1 ½ tsp baking powder
1 ½ tsp salt
2 c chocolate chips
Sift dry and add to mixture until combined.
Stir in chocolate chips.
Spread into a greased 11x17 sheet pan.
(These sometimes spread slightly over the edges
so I use a full sheet pan or tinfoil underneath)
Bake at 350 for 45-50 minutes.
Don’t over bake.
They will look uncooked in the middle
with a wet crumb on a toothpick,
but will cool to a chewy tender perfection.
Cool Completely before cutting.
This makes a ton of brownies...perfect for your bake sales needs
or to put into the freezer for an anytime craving.
